Manchester City is new EPL Champ!

Manchester City celebrated their first title in 44 years in the most extraordinary circumstances as two goals in added time snatched the championship from rivals United.

Mark Hughes almost wrecked his former club's title celebrations as goals from Djibril Cisse and Jamie Mackie helped QPR secure their Premier League survival - finishing a point above Bolton.

Former City midfielder Joey Barton was once again at the centre of controversy as he saw red in the second-half but Hughes looked to leaving as the merrier of the managers thanks to goals from Djibril Cisse and Jamie Mackie. 

But it was goals from Edin Dzeko and Sergio Aguero at the death that ensured City celebrated the title for the first time since 1968.
